Standalone project coordination for your most important initiatives – without the ongoing partnership.
Whether you’re launching a book, rolling out a new program, implementing a CRM, or coordinating a complex initiative – big projects need more than enthusiasm. They need structure, timelines, accountability, and someone who can see around corners before problems arise.
That’s where I come in.
I work with coaches and consultants who have a specific initiative that needs expert coordination but don’t need ongoing Fractional Chief of Staff support. Here’s what I bring:
Strategic Planning
We start by defining clear objectives, breaking the project into manageable milestones, and building a realistic workback timeline. No wishful thinking – just what’s actually achievable given your resources and constraints.
Hands-On Coordination
I manage the moving pieces: coordinate your team, track progress, identify blockers before they derail you, and make decisions within agreed parameters so you’re not constantly pulled into the weeds.
Resource Support
If the project requires expertise outside my wheelhouse, I can help source and recruit the right team members – leveraging my HR background in talent acquisition.
Stakeholder Communication
I lead status meetings, provide progress reporting (written or in meetings), and keep everyone aligned on where things stand and what’s next.
Course Correction
Projects rarely go exactly as planned. I monitor for risks and challenges proactively, recommend adjustments when needed, and keep things moving forward even when the path shifts.
My 15+ years of project management experience spans corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial contexts – including managing events with budgets up to $600,000 and producing conferences with 1,900+ attendees. For the past 5+ years, I’ve specialized in supporting coaches and consultants.
Recent project work includes:
Step 1: Complimentary Consultation (45-60 min)
Share your project vision, timeline, and what success looks like. We’ll explore whether we’re a good fit and what support you actually need.
Step 2: Discovery (if needed)
For complex projects, we may schedule a second session to dive deeper into scope, resources, and potential roadblocks.
Step 3: Proposal
I’ll present a customized project management proposal with timeline, deliverables, and investment.
Step 4: Execution
Once we’re aligned, I coordinate the work – keeping you informed, removing blockers, and ensuring the project stays on track and on budget.
Coaching Industry Expertise
I’ve worked with coaches and consultants for 5+ years in fractional Chief of Staff roles – including Robb Gilbear, Massimo Backus, Natasha Walstra, Mike Zimic, and Michelle Skalnik. I understand your business model, your language, and the unique challenges you face.
Strategic + Tactical
I don’t just manage tasks – I think strategically about what needs to happen, anticipate problems, and make recommendations that keep the project aligned with your bigger vision.
Deep PM Experience
25+ years across project management, event management, marketing, HR, and operations. I’ve managed high-stakes projects where there was zero flexibility on deadlines (events) and complex initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination.
Results-Focused
My job is to deliver your project on time, on budget, and at the quality level you expect – so you can focus on what only you can do.
Let’s talk about what you’re building and how I can help bring it to life.
