Ever launch something and get just 3 sign-ups when you thought you’d get 20+?
Me too.
When I first announced my coworking club, I thought people would be lining up. Instead, I got just a handful of sign-ups – and most weren’t my dream clients. (Lovely humans, just not the right fit.)
I was embarrassed, frustrated, and scrambling to make it work. I threw everything at it – personal invites, promos, guest passes, complimentary memberships. It was exhausting, and honestly, the return didn’t match the energy I poured in.
The kicker? I had been quick to drop hundreds of dollars on super cool artwork to brand the coworking club — but I hadn’t invested in a real launch strategy. Face palm moment for sure
Now, the artwork wasn’t wasted (it’s still alive and well in my business today). And the coworking club has become a big benefit for my 1:1 clients. But at the time, I realized the real problem was simple:
I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
That’s when I decided my next launch needed to go differently. When the time came to build my email list, I knew I needed expert guidance, and that’s why I hired Kaitlin Lee.
If you’ve been thinking about starting (or growing) your email list but you’re stuck on the how and what comes next, that’s exactly why I wanted to share this with you. Kaitlin has a resource I can’t recommend enough:
