April 7th, 2026
Since I recently hit publish on two LinkedIn posts about Q1 coming to a close (here’s one of them), I’ll be honest… I almost talked myself out of sending this email.
It’s another reminder of time passing. I know that for some people, those check-ins land as pressure – a prompt to measure yourself against a list that didn’t quite get done.
But that’s not how I see it.
Marking milestones isn’t about pressure. It’s about momentum.
Because when you actually take the time to look at where you’ve been, you get something most people are missing: evidence. And that evidence is what makes it easier to keep going – with clarity, not by force.
So, one more time, with intention…
A few questions worth sitting with as you move into Q2:
You don’t have to answer all of them. But I’d invite you to sit with at least one longer than feels comfortable.
This is the part most people skip. They dive right into the next quarter without ever capturing what’s already working, which means they’re constantly starting from scratch instead of building momentum.
This kind of reflection is something I’ve been doing quarterly, and it’s become one of the most grounding practices in my toolkit. Seeing the actual evidence of progress changes your internal narrative more than any planning session can.
And that’s why I’m hosting a Momentum Workshop for my clients this month.
It’s a 90-minute session that’s part teaching, part guided solo reflection – with optional group sharing at the end. No pressure, no performance. Just space to do the work.
I’m opening a few spots for readers who want in.
If that’s you, email me here with “I’m interested,” and I’ll send you the details.
Talk soon,
Moriah
P.S. The workshop is Tuesday, April 14th. If you’ve been in “I’ll get to it” mode when it comes to reflection, this is your chance to actually do it – with structure and support.
