A couple of weeks ago, I shared Lisa’s story – the health and wellness entrepreneur who came to a consultation with five things in motion and no clear direction. By the end of the call, she said: “I feel already clearer just explaining a lot of things.”
I promised I’d come back and explain what that actually looks like in practice, so as promised, here’s the inside view.
A Fractional Chief of Staff isn’t an Online Business Manager, and they’re not a VA.
An Online Business Manager runs your operations and team day-to-day – execution and systems.
I work at the strategic level: thought partnership, priority setting, decision support, and project managing select initiatives. You might actually need both – an OBM to run operations, and a Fractional CoS for strategic partnership. They work well together.
Here’s what working with me looks like:
We have a standing weekly call. It’s run on a structured agenda that keeps your priorities, blockers, and open issues on the table, and solves them in the room. Not a status update. A working session where things actually move.
Between sessions, I hold the context. When something comes up (a decision to make, an opportunity to evaluate, a conversation you need to prepare for), you’re not doing that alone. You have someone who already knows your business, your goals, and what you said last week.
I project manage 1-2 strategic initiatives at a time. Not your entire operation, but the complex initiatives that sit above your team’s expertise and beyond your available bandwidth. Maybe your first book, or a community you’re trying to build. Work that needs strategic leadership, not just execution.
If you’re working toward that first book right now, I wrote about what actually goes into building a launch team long before you need one: Your Launch Team Isn’t a List. It’s a Relationship – it’s worth a read before you’re deep into the process, not after.
Before I tell you who this is for, take a second with these two questions:
You’re 3-5+ years into your business. You have proven offers, consistent revenue, and a small team or freelancers supporting you.
But you’re still the one connecting every dot. Still the only person who can see how all the pieces fit together. Still making every strategic decision alone, even with a coach and a team in place.
If that’s you, this was built for you.

The Strategic Partner package ($2,500 USD/month) is designed for coaches and consultants at the $250K-$500K stage. It’s a starting point, and most engagements get shaped around what you actually need.
If you’re not sure you’re ready for ongoing support, the Strategic Clarity Intensive ($3,500 USD, one-time) is a two-week engagement where we map your priorities, assess what’s actually falling through the cracks, and build a 90-day roadmap together. It’s also a low-commitment way to experience working together before deciding on anything longer term.

And if you’d rather talk it through first, that’s exactly what my consultations are for. Book yours here.

P.S. If those two questions above stirred something up, email me and tell me what came up. I read every email, and it’s usually the fastest way to find out if this is actually a fit.
